Something is seriously wrong with this picture. (Though, to be fair, the Rome rain days have been temporary sprinkles, not solid rain. But still: ROME. With rain. When London had nary a drop.)

You know what else is funny? A few months ago, I was just mentioning to my fiancee that while England has such a strong reputation for being rainy, I almost never see rain portrayed in their popular culture.
Doesn’t that seem odd, somehow?
