“Tea with Athena”

I love tea, and Athena has always been my favorite Greek goddess. Then I saw an image of a teapot with an owl on it. Immediately the poem sprang to mind: a fairly quiet, domestic piece, about the wisdom to be found in sitting down with a soothing cup of tea . . .
